· Extensive experience in designing templates, writing, performing consistency checks on SOP's, Work Instructions, Glossary of Terms and indexes, including an excellent Visio knowledge and knowledge of ITSM Tools including ServiceNow
· Extensive interviewing experience with Subject Matter Experts to obtain all necessary information
· Extensive experience in managing all documents related to the Software Development Life Cycle: user requirements, functional and technical specifications, architecture design documents, software design documents, user manuals, administrator manuals, maintenance manuals, release management, training manuals, test reports, etc.
