· Has 5 years in IT support position.
· During his IT experience, he worked on:
o Active Directory for incidents and resolutions @Atos.
o Virtualization via Linux @Fujitsu;
o Installation of switches & security of network @Axa;
o VPN, Citrix and mobile device debugging as well as follow-up of incident @Orange;
· He spent all his career in positions where he was focus on Customer Support (via ticketing systems) or Hardware (printers, computers, working places equipments, etc.)
· Familiar with several ticketing system tools: Jira, Service Now, Synexis and expert in Windows Systems (7, 8 and 10)
· ITIL Certified
