- Senior CRM consultant with 12 years of experience (prior to that, she worked in economics and in software development)
- Broad experience in analysis (business & functional)
- Involved in the architecture of a project, helping for improvement of the process to make the plan, what to modify, which party will be involved with the different teams & departments depending on the modification of the whole process (i.e. at HP)
- Experience in construction of roadmaps
- Worked as Salesforce focal point for Customer Service. She had the Key User role in the implementation the CRM Salesforce (make sure that everything is working between SAP & Salesforce, testing, optimization of the CRM, etc.)
- Prior to that, at HP, she worked on a migration from Oracle to SAP. She was the link between the IT and the business. She made sure that all the data was transferred and did the testing part
- They also build a new interface in the CRM. Part her job was also to fix problems related to the CRM and to improve the processes (she did meetings with business and other teams and made the design of new procedures with Visio)
