- Gathers needs, analyzes the business process of the company, provides clear documents for the technical teams and challenges the documents with the business so that it’s clearly defined
- At BNP Paribas as E2E Process Owner he managed the “digitalization for paperless” project. Supervised with team leader the various processes designated by the departments and reviewed where to optimize the activities that required it. Improvement by using tools which calculated more efficiently the procedures which brought optimization of time & costs + improvement of work procedures
- At Generali, he was supporting the digital transformation of the core system, by reviewing the process and propose a definition of process for the tool that they want to replace. Redefined top-down of value chain and reviewed in strategic terms everything that the provider sent. During this mission, the data collection systems which they had to migrate were on Salesforce. He participated in the discussions, prepared some work on what data is stored on Salesforce but he didn’t have access in the tool
