· Overall 30 years of experience. Around 10 years of experience in project management and coordination as Program manager and Project manager. Background in roles related to Procurement and Sales.
· Vast experience in PM & PMO roles for transformation projects involving multiple business lines and projects / sub-projects.
· Been directly involved in business process re-engineering initiatives from design to implementation
· Good at managing stakeholders and developing value relationships with project stakeholders right from C-level to operational levels Extensive experience in working on overall processes.
· Extensive experience in change management
