25 years of experience in IT. 20 years of experience at Eli Lilly and Company in roles of IT Team Leader, Business integrator, Service Leader.
• Extensive experience with KPI/SLA setting/negotiating and reporting towards management.
• Knowledge of both software (updates and implementation and infrastructure topics (network, telecom, data centers, firewalls, cloud solutions)
• Involvement in large international projects including moving and creating of new premises including their budgeting.
• Experience in client facing matters in duties of account management.
