· Has more than 20 years of experiences in IT environment with 7 years of project management (including more than 2 years as Service Delivery Manager)
· Currently as Service Delivery Manager where he manages a portfolio of 8 customers regarding the implementation of medical software. · Has client faced experiences with diverse stakeholders : Strategy Director, Project Manager, Department Manager, … while in charge of operations.
· Used to write monthly reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
